✔ Showcase your expertise – share your knowledge and insights, based on past work experience;
✔ Volunteer to help – offer your input and help in projects will increase your network and visibility
✔ Seek feedback and adapt – do not wait for feedback to be given to you, rather seek for it proactively from peers and managers; it will help you understand how you are perceived nd allow you to adapt
