Hello, I am Eugenia!
My passion for coaching, mentoring and training is first of all a story about self awareness.
After three career transitions, multiple industry changes, several top management roles and adding the “mother” job, I realized that the area where I strive is helping people grow.
In over 20 years of leadership, I interviewed and hired hundreds of people and I managed both large and small teams. Always passionate about understanding, motivating and growing people, I learned how to balance personal connection with the focus on objectives, how to “see” a person beyond a title or a role in a project.
This is how I brought people closer, built effective and affectionate teams and saw many companions evolve from individual contributors to leaders.
