What does the program include?

10 individual mentoring meetings, via online conference tool, over a 3-6 months period

Personality profiling – tests, results debrief, incorporate the findings in the career coaching program and into your objectives

Custom additional resources (templates, tests, materials, books, exercises, podcasts, etc.)

Situational exercises and simulations

Custom discussions starting from specific challenges encountered

Dedicated email support across all program period

Self awareness and team management exercises

At the end of this program,

How it works?

One hour meetings

One hour meetings, one on one, via video conference platform, with the agreed cadence (recommended cadence is every two weeks)

Email communication

to access dedicated additional resources, monitor progress or exchange specific information

Assignments

As part of this program, you might occasionally receive short assignments between sessions (time investment is approximately 1 hour/week)
